As of December 14th, Columbia County Health and Human Services is offering free H1N1 flu shots and free H1N1 nasal spray to any child or adult.
Free H1N1 shots and free H1N1 nasal spray is available during our public health walks on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and during our monthly immunization clinic the 2nd Monday of each month from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm: We are located at 2652 Murphy Road Portage. Please use entrance number four and bring your child’s immunization record.
