Sales History Search – January 2010

The Columbia County Sales History Search application provides a listing of all sales in a municipality for the specified date range.

The resulting list includes parcel number, property site address (if available), document number and type, recording date, consideration and assessment valuations. You are able to sort columns on the results list to help with your review of the data. In addition, you are also able to link directly to the Fidlar Tapestry website to purchase a copy of recorded document. Please note only documents recorded after January 2006 are included.
