The Economic Support Program assists county residents with Medical Assistance, BadgerCare, Food Share and Child Care Programs.
Economic Support may also help children who live with SSI-disabled parents or with a caretaker relative by supplementing the family income in some situations.
Residents who need help paying for heat through the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program are referred to Energy Services at 608-742-4088.
Residents seeking services through the Wisconsin Works (W-2) program and child care assistance are referred to Workforce Connections at the Columbia County Job Center at 608-742-4181.
