Plan, direct and monitor daily activities of the Aging and Disability Resources Center (ADRC) in Columbia County under the guidance of the ADRC Director. Supervision of Nutrition/Prevention/Caregiver Support Staff, Meal Site Managers, Disability Benefit Specialist, Elder Benefit Specialist and Receptionist. Education requirements: Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Human Services related courses and a minimum of three (3) years work experience in a Human Services environment is necessary. Specific experience in service provision to seniors and/or individuals with disabilities and supervisory experience are preferred. Starting wage: $25.240 per hour. Columbia County Highway & Transportation is recruiting for Parts Person. This person is primarily responsible for the acquisition of and the security of repair parts, materials and supplies. The employee is also responsible for the care, custody, repair and maintenance of equipment and devices in the stockroom. The employee in this position is responsible for, but not necessarily limited to, general storekeeping duties including the proper ordering, receiving, issuing, charging out, parts/materials locations and maintaining of the perpetual inventories. The employee shall also be responsible for daily cleaning of equipment and work areas under their authority, and such other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Other duties may include, but not necessarily limited to, assisting with plowing and winging of snow, proper application of chlorides and mixes and other warrantable duties as required.
