Columbia County Health and Human Services is looking for an individual with strong leadership skills and supervisory experience to join the department’s Leadership Team. Responsibilities include day to day management and long term planning for the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) and Aging programs in accordance with federal and state laws, supervision of unit employees, assisting in budget preparation, fiscal management, development and oversight of vendor contracts, preparing written reports, collaboration with community partners and outreach to consumers. Education requirements: Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Human Services related courses and a minimum of five (5) years work experience in a Human Services environment is necessary OR any combination of training and experience that is approximately equivalent OR a Masters Degree in a Human Services related field.
