Mental Health Program Coordinator
Mental Health Program Coordinator for the Coordinated Services Team (CST) and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS): Columbia County is recruiting for a full time management position in its Behavioral Health and Long Term Support Division to oversee the CST Initiative and the CCS program. Responsible for ensuring utilization of a wraparound approach to individualized services focused on client/family strengths, community placement, cultural competency, natural supports, teaming and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications: Current licensure or licensure-track as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, adult psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, family psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, or clinical specialist in adult psychiatric and mental health nursing with a minimum 1000 hours of supervised clinical, post-masters experience. Specific experience in service provision in mental health or substance abuse treatment and supervisory experience preferred. Substitute Meal Site Manager
Columbia County Health & Human Services is looking for Substitute Meal Site Managers to fill in on an as-needed basis at the Wisconsin Dells, Lodi, Portage, Pardeeville, Poynette or Columbus senior nutrition program. Responsibilities include ordering, set up, prep of home delivered meals, delivery of meals as needed, assisting individuals needing help, clean-up, monitoring supplies, accepting donations and executing planned activities. Completion of Serving Safe Food training program within 6 months of hire. Requires a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and clean driving record, ability to maintain accurate records, ability to be courteous, pleasant and helpful to the elderly and/or disabled.
