Tax bill mailing address change requests should be submitted to the Land Information Department through the Ascent Land Records web portal. Perform a tax parcel search and click on the Request Mailing Address Change link in the Mailing Address section of the page. Additional parcels may be added to the initial request. Name, email, and phone number are required to enable the submission of the request. Changes do not take effect immediately. No login is required.

Locate your parcel using the Ascent Land Records web portal. Use the dropdown under Select Detail (mid-page) to choose Taxes. Click the desired year link. The tax bill will open as a PDF file for viewing/printing.

You may be entering too much data or incorrect data when searching for tax parcels through the Ascent Land Records web portal. For best results, do not enter data into all search categories. Tax ID numbers consist of a municipality code and a parcel number (11004-123) and cannot be used in the Parcel ID search. Use the Municipality dropdown and enter a parcel number (found after the 5 digit code in the Tax ID) to search by Parcel ID. Street Number and Street Name refer to the site address (not mailing address). Not all parcels will have a site address. When searching Street Name, do not enter the type of street (ex: Oak Street should be entered as Oak).
