Services
STI Screening and Treatment
Sexually Transmitted Infections are some of the most common diseases, but they are preventable and treatable! Testing and treatment is available to help keep you and your partner safe. We also provide education on how to prevent the spread of STIs. We offer testing and treatment for the following STIs:
- Chlamydia
- Gonorrhea
- Trichomoniasis
Pregnancy Testing
Free Confidential pregnancy testing is done by a Public Health Nurse during our walk-in clinic or by appointment. Staff can also help you find an OB provider and get you signed up/referred to other programs including PNCC, WIC, and Badgercare.
Payment Options
Our clinic offers a reduced rate based on your income, or we can bill insurance (see below). If we are not able to bill insurance, cost will be determined based on income and payment must be made day of services.
We accept the following forms of insurance or payment:
- Family Planning Only Services (FPOS): FPOS is a Medicaid insurance that will cover the services you receive at our clinic. We can help you enroll during your appointment, or you can apply online.
- BadgerCare Plus: BadgerCare Plus is a health care coverage program for low-income Wisconsin residents.
