The Columbia County Medication Assisted Treatment Program (MAT) is a collaborative program, developed to provide an innovative approach to treating heroin, stimulant and opioid prescription drug addiction.  The MAT Program will facilitate referrals to medication-assisted treatment, as well as ongoing case management services to individuals struggling with heroin, stimulant and opiate addiction.
