The time has begun for us to start taking order for our 2024-2025 tree sale program. Most of the trees/shrubs will be sold in bundles of 25, with only a couple varieties now in bundles of 10 for this year. We have a few new varieties this year, some new and some returning from previous years: Hardwoods- PawPaw, Red Bud, Silver Maple, Sycamore and Shrubs-Black Elderberry, Purple Flowering Raspberry. We will continue with the Speciality category for a few varieties that we were only able to reserve at a slightly higher cost than the others. The supplies are sold in individual quantities.
We order a fixed number of trees each year and cannot always obtain more after our reservation order, so please order as soon as possible to guarantee your order will be fulfilled.

Important Tree Dates:
January 31, 2025 - Submitting your order early helps to secure inventory
April 11, 2025 - last day to order trees for the 2024-2025 Tree Sale
April 24, 2025 - Pick up your trees at the Columbia County Fairgrounds in Portage, WI
All orders placed require someone pick them up on Thursday, April 25th (Tree Pick-Up Day), we do not hold orders after the pick-up date. Also, NO tree orders will be shipped. If you have placed an order, you will receive a pickup reminder letter and map via mail by the end of the 2nd week of April.
If an emergency happens and you are unable to pick-up your trees, please contact us immediately to make different arrangements. No orders will be refunded for no-show, no pickup.

**Columbia County LWCD does not guarantee size, quality, or survivability of stock. In cases of shortages, orders will be satisfied by substitution and/or refund. All sales are final.
