All sales are conducted in the front lobby of the Carl Frederick Administration Building/Courthouse facing the DeWitt Street entrance on Mondays only. (dates listed below). All sales are subject to cancellation or rescheduling up until time of sale. This is only a listing, for full details read the terms of sale and see the legal announcements in the designated county newspaper the Portage Daily Register or one of the posting sites in the City of Portage or City, Town or Village where the property is located. We do not set up viewings of the property. Check with the attorney or mortgage holder. All properties may be subject to liens and /or back taxes. It is your responsibility to do your own research on these properties before you purchase to see if they have any other incumbrances besides the mortgage. Ten percent (10%) of the successful bid will be due to the Clerk of Court immediately following the sale of the property.
